Hadstock N.Z. Classique

Classique

Hadstock N.Z. Classique has now proven himself and is worthy to be part of our Stable of Stud Males.

Classique is our “Big Improver” – This is the Male that can turn a very average or below average female into a Show Winning animal.

We purchased Hadstock N.Z. Classique from Russell & Carolyn Nelson of Homestead Farm in Ashburton.

Classique is a Dark Fawn Male with an extremely Dense and Heavy cutting Fleece. His Conformation, accompanied with his upstanding presence, means he has the ability to put some real bone into his Cria.

Classique is a Big, Strong Upright male that started working at the age of just two years of age. Classique is a very important stage of our breeding Programme.

Classique's own Show Career has resulted in three Championships as a Senior Male.

Classique's first Cria hit the ground in 2004, there were only 6 in the first season, with the first Cria being a carbon copy of his dad. The second year, Classique, when I used him over a large number of my girls produced some outstanding results.

At the National Show in 2005, One of Classiques daughters picked up the best Fawn in the country and another of his daughters, picked up Reserve Champion Junior Female and as well as winning the best Grey in the country as well.

”The interesting thing about these show results, is that the Dams of these two show winning animals, were both just very average animals.”

All of Classique's Cria have his presence and frame, which means they will carry excellent traits that can be passed onto their own offspring.

Below is Classiques Pedigree and you can see he is an extremely well bred Male.  You can see on one side of his family there is the great male Purrumbete Brigantine and on the other side is the famous male Purrumbete Inti. You will go along way in the Alpaca World to find a male with as good a breeding as Classique.

A large number of Classiques offspring have the ‘Inti Look” in that they have a fine head with a lovely crimpy structured fleece with little medulated fibres throughout their fleece. It is very easy to pick a Classique Cria.  Classique does Produce Colour and I even have a couple of White Daughters by him. His Daughters breed exceptionally well and produce amazing quality Cria, especially when put to Samuri.
